We conducted a basic research study on single-dose administration using high-purity NMN manufactured by Mirailab Bioscience Inc. Following a single administration of NMN to healthy young mice, we analyzed indicators of in vivo chemical processes in the liver, skeletal muscle, and adipose tissue. As a result, within the scope of this study, several trends were observed, including alterations in indicators related to NAD⁺ pathways and shifts in various lipid-related markers.
This study is basic research conducted on mice and does not demonstrate effects, utility, or safety in humans. Furthermore, it does not guarantee or suggest the effects of any supplement.
