These terms (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use") regulate the use of the online store (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by Mirailab Bioscience Co., Ltd. Article 4 (Sales contract)

1. In this Service, the sales contract shall be agreed when the User applies for purchase to the Company and the Company notifies that the application has been accepted. Article 7 (Suspension of provision of this Service)

3. The Company is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between the User and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.

Article 11 (Changes in the Service)

The Company may change the Contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without prior notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes or discontinuation.

Article 12 (Modification of the Terms of Use)

The Company may change the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to the User if it deems it necessary. In the event that a User starts using the Service after the Terms of Use have been modified, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the mofified Terms of Use.

Article 13 (Handling of personal information)

We will appropriately handle the personal information obtained through the use of this Service in accordance with our Privacy policy.

Article 14 (Notification and contact)

Notifications or communications between the User and the Company shall be made according to the method described by the Company. Unless the User notifies us of changes according to a method separately determined by us, we will assume that the currently registered contact address is valid and we will send to that address notifications or communications, which will be deemed to have reached the User at the time they are sent.

Article 15 (Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations)

The User may not assign the status achieved or the rights or obligations based on these Terms of Use to a third party or provide it as collateral without the prior written consent of the Company.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Service.

2. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.

What's the β-NMN that you use?

There are two types of NMN, α-NMN and β-NMN, which have different molecular structures.

The molecules α-NMN and β-NMN are called optical isomers because they have the same type and number of atoms, but the connections beetween them point at different directions.
The NMN we need by nature is β-NMN.
β-NMN is produced by the human body, while unnecessary α-NMN is not.
